Office of the County Commissioners,
Washington, Pa., May 20, 1938.
County Commissioners in regular session, those present being Messrs. Berryman,
Amos and OtNeil.
Motion duly made, seconded and unanimously carried, that the following
Resolution be adopted:
BE IT RESOLVED by the County Commissioners of. Washington County., that the
plans submitted by the Department of Highways for the changing of State Highway
Route 62083, in West Bethlehem Township, between Station 49+00 and Station 49+65,
have been examined and the County Commissioners agree that the County will assume
liability for any and all property damages resulting from the construction of
the highway as contemplated by these plans, and also all damages arising out of
any changes or alteration of drainage resulting from the construction or maintenanca
of the highway.
Motion duly made., seconded and unanimously carried, that the following Reso-
lution be adopted:
BE IT RESOLVED by the County Commissioners of Washington County that the
plans submitted by the Department of Highways for the changing of State Highway
Route 62121, in East Finley Township, between Station 169+50 and Station 170+10,
have been examined and the County will assume liability for any and all property
damages resulting from the construction of the highway as contemplated by these
plans, and also all damages arising out of any changes or alteration of drainage
resulting from the construction or maintenance of the highway.
There being no further business before the Board, the meeting was adjourned.
