County Commissioners in regular session, those present being Messrs. Berry-
man, Amos and OtNeil.
Motion duly made and seconded that a cost-plus 10% contract be awarded to
George F. Wesel for replacing defective concrete sidewalk and curb on the Main
Street side and the Beau Street side of the Court House, the County Commissioners
to pay for all materials and labor, and Mr. Wesel to receive 10% of this amount.
Motion carried.
There being no further business before the meeting, it was adjourned.
