County Commissioners in regular session, those present being Messrs. Berry-
man, Amos and OtNeil.
Motion duly made, seconded and unanimously carried, that in compliance
with the request of the Court, the County Controller be authorized to adirertise
for bids for furnishing equipment and installing same, with satisfactory arrange-
ment of present office equipment, in the Office of the Clerk of Courts, Court
House, Washington, Pa., as follows:
Bids to include furnishing of roller shelving counter height units to
properly provide for 160 record books; counter cabinets having standard linoleum
tops with standard bronze binding, are to be so placed as to provide the grettest
efficiency, with due respect to the general appearance of the entire office and
present equipment must be used if at all possible.
Bids also to include three highl.ine document cabinets to match present
equipment, 48 single document files for v4ttlt storage; two counter height files
with locks for bail bonds.
All new equipment must be standard Grade A Steel Office Equipment, instal-
lation plans or drawings must accompany each bid, as well as a certified check
In the amount of $200.00, the right being reserved by the County Commissioners
to reject any or all bids; all installation to be done in a workmanlike manner,
under the supervision of the County Commissioners and the Court.
There being no further business., the meeting was adjourned.
