Motion duly made and 4econded that the note in the amount of $50,000.00,
held by the Washington Union Trust Company, be paid. Motion carried.
Motion duly made and seconded that an appropriation be made in the amount
of 4145.00 towards defraying expenses incurred by the American Legion Post #212,
Donora, Pa. , (J. William Burke, Commander) , for Awmistice Day Celebration, 1937,
and also appropriations towards defraying expenses incurred in MembriAl .,.Day
celebrations, 1938, be made as follows:

Motion duly made and seconded that a continuation of the W. P. A. Project
#465-23-3-443, to clean, repair, transcribe, index and cross index approximately
8,000 documents pertaining to roads and bridges in Washington County, Pennsylvania,
dated back to the year 1791, be approved. Motion carried.
There being no further business before the meeting, it was adjourned.
