BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS WASHINGTON COUNTY, PENNSYLVANIA

Pittsburgh, Pa., July 13., 1938.
The Boards of Commissioners of Washington and Westmoreland Counties met
in the office of John Farris, Pittsburgh, Pa., to make final inspection of
the plans and specifications as had been prepared for the construction of the
Webster-Donora Inter-county bridge.
The following Commissioners were present:
WASHINGTON COUNTY WESTMORELAND COUNTY
John D. Berryman Harry White
Earl B. Amos Jas. A. Kell
John N. O'Neil Frank K. Cochran
The Commissioners made a careful examination of the plans and specifica-
tions as had been prepared and upon motion of Kell,, of Westmoreland County,
seconded by Amos, of Washington County, the plans and specifications as prepared
were accepted, and the County Controllers of each- respective county requested
to advertise for bids In accordance with the specifications, bids to close
August 8th, at 10:00 A.M. (E.S.T.) and to be opened at 2:00 P.M. (E.S.T.) in
the office of Washington County Commissioners on the same date.
All members voted Aye upon the above motion.
No further business meeting adjourned.
