County Commissioners in regular session, those present being Messrs. Berry-
man Amos and OfNell.
Motion by Mr. Amos, seconded by Mr. OfNell, that the contract for improve-
ments in the Clerk of Courts Office, Court House, Washington, .Pa., be awarded
to A. H. Smith Company, In accordance with the equipment outlined in their bid
of June 20, 1938, at the price of $1875.93; this to include the furnishing and
installation of this equipment completeto the satisfaction of the County Com-
missioners, and in the event that any change might be made in ieducing the amount
of equipment furnished, it is understood that the amount of the reduction will
be made in the price; the certified checks of the unsuccessful bidders are to
be returned at once*' Motion carried.
There being no further business, the metting was adjourned.
