Palumbo, Pittsburgh, Pa., was withdrawn since Item No. 10 was omitted from the specifications which he received and therefore, was not included in his bid; since his bid was high, it was agreed that same be with- drawn and the County Controller, J. K. Smith, was duly authorized to return the two certified checks in the amount of 500.00 each to Mr. Palumbo. Motion duly made and seconded that the awarding of the contract for the construction of the foregoing Washington County Bridges be deferred until all bids have been tabulated.
