O'NEIL COMMISSIONERS Washington, Pa., August $, 193$, The Boards of County Commissioners of Washington and Westmoreland Counties, and the Controllers of both counties, met in joint executive session to open bids that had been received for the reconstruction of the inter-county Webster-Donora Bridge at Webster. The Washington County Commissioners present were: John D. Berryman Earl B. Amos John N. OtNeil and the Deputy Controller of Washington County. The Westmoreland County Commissioners and Controller present were: Harry White James A. Kell Frank K. Cochran j Leonard B. On motion of Berryman, seconded by Cochran, that the certified checks of the three highOst bidders, viz - Holt, McConnell & Osbdrn, Walter S. Rae and Eichley Engineering Corporation, be returned to the bidders, and that the other checks be held until Hoffman & King submits bond, etc., as required by the speci- fications, all members voted aye. O'NEIL COMMISSIONERS Office of the County Commissioners, Washington, Pa., August 11, 1938, County Commissioners in regular session, those present being Messrs. Berry- man, Amos and OtNeil. Motion by Mr. Amos, seconded by Mr. OtNeil, that the proposal of I.Richman and Com1pany, Washington, Pa. , of May 9th, for the purchase of machinery and other equipment now stored in the boiler rooms, be accepted at their revised price of $200, subject to the conditions of the advertisement and their proposal, which included the removal of same from the County property without damage or injury to any County property, and the work to be done under the supervision of Russell Adams, County Engineer, at the boiler rooms. Motion carried. There being no further business before the meeting, it was adjourned. (SIGNED) COUNTY COMMISSIONERS. Office of the County Commissioners, Washington, Pa., August 11, 1938. Commissioners in regular session, those present being Messrs. Berryman, Amos and OtNeil. Motion duly made and seconded that the W.P.A. Project of the County Board of School Directors, pertaining to a proposed project to make a survey of certain school districts in the county as4W) affected by Act 157, 1937 Legislature, Merging of School Districts, be approved, making Washington County Commissioners sponsors of this project.
