BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS WASHINGTON COUNTY, PENNSYLVANIA
JOHN D. BERRYMAN, EARL B. AMOS, JOHN N. O'NEIL COMMISSIONERS
Office of the County Commissioners,
Washington, Pa., August 29, 1938.
County Commissioners in regular session, those present being Messrs. Berryman,
Amos and O'Neil.
Motion by Mr. Amos, seconded by Mr. OtNeil, that the contract for the re-
surfacing of the Beallsville-Zollarsville Road #2 and the Houston-McConnells Mills
Road, be awarded to The Hull Resurfacing Company, Butler, Pa., in accordance with
their bid of June 14, 1938, as follows:
BEALLSVILLE-ZOLLARSVILLE ROAD #2
Using Slag Aggregate . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . $7,726 .25
AOUSTONtMcCONNELLS MILLS ROAD
Using Slag Aggregate . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . $12,171.00
and that the County Controller be authorited to return the check of the unsuccessfiiL
bidder. Motion carried.
There being no further business before the meeting, it was adjourned.

County Commissioners in regular session, those present being Messrs. Berryman.,
Amos and O'Neil.
Motion duly made and seconded that the County Commissioners co-operate with
the Borough Council and School District of Burgettstown, and the Smith Township �
School District, in permitting A. Horowitz to pay back County Taxes at the same
rate of settlement and under the same conditions as acceptable to the foregoing
Boards. Motion carried, and County Treasurer to be notified of this action of
the Board of County Commissioners.
There being no further business before the meeting, it was adjourned.
