BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS WASHINGTON COUNTY, PENNSYLVANIA

County Commissioners in regular session, those present being Messrs. Berry-
man, Amos and OtNeil.
Upon motion duly made, seconded and "carried, John Connors was named as
Assistant to the County Board of Elections, to compute the votes cast at the
Special Election held in the Borough of Charleroi, Washington County, Pennsylvani#
on Tuesday, August 30,, 1938.
Motion duly made, seconded and carried, that the meeting be adjourned.

Amos and OtNeil.
Motion duly made and seconded that the County Commissioners co-operate with
the Council and School District of the Borough of Burgettstown, in permitting
Mrs. Ademia Filipponi to pay delinquent County Taxes at face, exonerating all
penalty and Interest, with provisothat the amount of delinquent tax be paid in
full at one payment, and the County Treasurer to be so notified. Motion carried.
There being no further business before the Board, the meeting was adjourned.
