O'NEIL COMMISSIONERS Office of the County Commissioners, Washington, Pa., October 3, 1938. County Commissioners in regular session, those present being Messrs. Berryman, Amos and OtNeil. Motion by dr. Amos, seconded by dr. O'Neil,,that the County Commissioners co- operate with the Smith Township School Board and the Smith Township Road Super- visors in permitting Marko Vidak to pay delinquent County taxes and liened taxes at face, exonerating all penalty and interest, with proviso that the amount of delinquent and liened taxes be paid in full at one payment, and the County Treasurer to be notified of this action of the Board of County Commissioners. Motion carried. There being no further business before the meeting, it was adjourned. (SIGNED) COUNTY COMMISSIONERS. Office of the County Commissioners, Washington, Pa., October 3, 1938. Motion by Mr. Amos, seconded by Mr. O'Neil, that an award of damages in the amount of 1000 be made to Harry L. McNary in settlement of all damages whatso- ever in connection with the improvement of the Washington County Road, known as the Houston-McConnells Mills Road, passing through his farm in Chartiers Township, Washington County, Pennsylvania; said amount also to include any and all damages that might have been done to the property of Arthur Brice, tenant on this farm.
