BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS WASHINGTON COUNTY, PENNSYLVANIA
JOHN D. BERRYMAN, EARL B. AMOS, JOHN N. O'NEIL COMMISSIONERS
Office of the County Commissioners,
Washington, Pa., October 3, 1938.
County Commissioners in regular session, those present being Messrs. Berryman,
Amos and O'Neil.
Motion by dr. Amos, seconded by Mr. O'Neil, that an award of damages in the
amount of 200 be made to the D. H. Williams Estate in full settlement of all
damages whatsoever in connection with the State Highway improvements on Route
#6 2016 in Carroll Township, Washington County, Pennsylvania. Motion carried.
There being no further business before the Board, the meeting was adjourned.

amount of 500 be made to fir. P. C. Oween in settlement for all damages in connec-
tion with the improvement of State Highway Route #40, through his farm in North
Bethlehem Township, Washington County, Pennsylvania. Motion carried.
There being no further business before the meeting, it was adjourned.
