O'NEIL COMMISSIONERS 0 Office of the County Commissioners, Washington, Pa., October 24, 1938. County Commissioners in regular session, those present being Messrs. Berryman, Amos and OtNell, and Gilbert Dentel, representing the County Controller. Motion by Mr. Amos, seconded by Mr. OtNeil, that the County Controller be author- ized to make the following transfers in appropriation accounts: From Account 140 to Account 104 5000 From Account 107 to Account 151 $2000 and from the anticipated unappropriated balance, the following amounts are to be transferred, due to an emergency which exists at the present time: $5000 to Account 103 $5000 to Account 122 $5000 to Account 105 $200O.to Account 126 $1000 to Account 113 2000 to Account 127 $5000 to Account 117 $2000 to Account 132 3000 to Account 119 $35000 to Account 140 $20,000 to Account 152 lotion carried. Motion by Mr. Amos, seconded by Mr. O'Neil, that a new agreement be approved for the lighting of the inter -county bridge between Donora and Webster, as approved by the Westmoreland County authorities, to install new lighting fixtures through conduit over the driveway; all cost to be borne by the West Penn Power Company. Lotion carried. Motion by Mr. Amos, seconded by Mr. OtNei1, that the best Penn Power Company's proposed change in the location of four 4000-volt wires, as per blueprint Not 54-1477, which they propose to attach to the bridge over the Monongahela River between Donora and Webster, be approved, changing in some detail the present wire construction as authorized by the codgtract between the counties of Washington and Nestmereland, and the West Penn Power Company, dated June 6, 1925, and approved by the Public Service Commission.
