County Commissioners in regular session, those present being Messrs.
_ Berryman, Amos and O'Neil.
Motion duly made and seconded that the Agreement between Olan Harris and
Loraine Inez Harris, his wife, of 442 Second St. , California, Pa., and Wash-
ington County Commissioners, for the privilege of operating the stone quarry
on their property in East Pike Run Township, be approved. The approximate
amount to be quarried is 600 cu. yds. of sandstone, at the price of- .25 per
cu. yd. , measured in place in thevtall or road. Motion carried.
There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned.

The matter of appointing a foreman for the W.P.A. Painting Project in
the Washington County Jail was discussed. Motion by Mr. Amos, seconded by
` Mr. OtNeil•, that George N. Dyer be appointed as foreman for the above men-
tioned W.P.A. Painting Project at the Washington County Jail. Motion caa *.r .
