O'NEIL COMMISSIONERS Office of the County Commissioners, March 1, 1938, Washington, Pa. County Commissioners in regular session, those present being Messrs. Berryman, Amos and O'Neil. Motion duly made and seconded that Mr. C. W. Tope, County Treasurer, be authorized to further postpone the sale of properties in Washington County for delinquent taxes until April 1, 1938. Motion carried and County Treasurer to be so notified. There being no further business before the Board, the meeting was adjourned. i (SIGNED) COUNTY COMMISSIONERS. Upon motion by Mr. O'Neil., seconded by Mr. Amos., the',follotihg Resolution was unanimously adopted: RESOLVED, That the proposed County Budget and the proposed County Institu- tion District Budget for the year 1938, having been preparedo will be available for Public Inspection for the next twenty days in accordance with the law, the proposed County Budget in the Office of the Chief Clerk of the County Commis- sioners and the proposed County Institution District Budget in the Office of the Chief Clerk of the Institution District; that final action on the proposed budgets will be taken on Monday, March 28, 1938; that public notice thereof be given by publication in the Washington Observer.
