County Commissioners In regular session, those present being Messrs. Berry-
man, Amos and OTNeil.
Motion duly made, seconded and unanimously carried,, that the certified check
of the Monongahela Publishing. Company in the amount of $500, which is now being
held in connection with the joint contract of the Monongahela PUbliehing Company,
Monongahela., Pa.., and the Ward Printing Company, Washington, Pa., for the furnish-
ing of the necessary ballots for the Primary held on May 17, 1938, be returned
by the County Controller, said contract having been satisfactorily completed.
There being no further business before the meeting, it was adjourned.

County Commissioners in regular session, those present being Messrs. Berry-
man, Amos and OtNeil.
Motion by Mr. OtNeil, seconded by Mr. Amos, that the County Controller be
authorized to advertise for bids for two new 1938 Black 6 cylinder Oldsmobile
Touring Sedans, Model F38, including group B-G-J equipment., for use of the
Sheriffts Office, allowance to be made for trade-in of one 1936 Chevrolet Coach
and one 1936 four-door Oldsmobile Sedan; bids to be received at the Office of
the County Controller up until 11 A.M., E.S.T. , June ll+, 1938, and opened im-
mediately thereafter; certified check in the amount of 9100.00 to accompany
each bid and the right is reserved by the County Commissioners to reject any or
qll bids. Motion carried.
There being no further business before the meeting, it was adjourned.
