BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS WASHINGTON COUNTY, PENNSYLVANIA
JOHN D. BERRYMAN, EARL B. AMOS, JOHN N. O'NEIL COMMISSIONERS
Office of the County Commissioners,
Washington, Pa. , August 8, 1938.
County Commissioners met in regular session, those present being Messrs.
Berryman, Amos and OtNeil.
Motion by Mr. Amos, seconded by Mr. OtNei1, that the contract for the con-
struction of Brown Bridge, Cross Creek #5, in Cross Creek and Independence Town-
ships, Washington County, Pa. , be awarded to Holt, McConnell and Osburn, .of
Canonsburg, Pa. , at their bid of $86 38.79; the contractor is to furnish a satis-
factory financial statement and bond as a guarantee for the satisfactory. completio
of the work prior to starting work on the contract; all certified checks are to
be returned to the unsuccessful bidders after the low bidder has complied with
all requirements and the contract has been signed. Motion carried.
There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned.

Bridge, Pigeon Creek #32 and Dague Bridge, Pigeon Creek #33, North Bethlehem
Township, Washington County, Pa. , be awarded to Holt, McConnell and Usburn,
Canonsburg, Pa. , at their bid of $10,534.62. The contractor is to furnish a
satisfactory financial statement and bond as a guarantee for the satisfactory
completion of the work, prior to starting work on the contract; All certified
checks are to be returned to the unsuccessful bidders after the low bidder has
complied with all requirements and the contract has been signed. Motion carried.
There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned.
