O'NEIL COMMISSIONERS Office of the County Commissioners, Washington, Pa., August 23, 1938. County Commissioners in regular session., those present being Messrs. Berry- man and Amos, Mr. O'Neil being absent. Motion duly made and seconded that the County Commissioners co-operate with the School Board d and Township Supervisors of Hanover Township In exonerating the penalty and interest on all back taxes against the Hanover Coal Company in Hanover Township, Washington C6unty, Pennsylvania, with the understanding that all taxes be paid in full to date by the Hanover Coal Company. Motion carried. There being no further business before the Board., the meeting was adjourned. (SIGNED) J - COUNTY COMMISSIONERS. Office of the County Commissioners, Washington, Pa., August 29, 1938. County Commissioners in regular session, those present being Messrs. Berryman, Amos and OtNeil. Motion by Mr. Amos, seconded by Mr. O'Neil, that the County Controller be authorized to advertise for one rebuilt tandem drive, Diesel Motor Grader (full Diesel Type Engine) complete with V-type Scarifier. Weight to be not less than seventeen thousand pounds and horse power not less than forty-four, with trade-in allowance for one two-ton Caterpillar Tractor which may be seen at the County Garage. Motion carried--bids to be received September 12, 1938. There being no further business before the meeting, it was adjourned. (SIGNED) IC/4 U COUNTY COMMISSIONERS.
