County Commissioners in regular session, with Messrs. Berryman and Amos
present, Mr. O'Neil being absent.
Motion duly made and seconded that beginning today, September 6 , 1938, all
offices will close at 4:30 P.M. until further notice. Motion carried.
There being no further business before the meeting, it was adjourned.

Board of County Commissioners in regular session, members present being
Messrs. Berryman and Amos, Mr. O'Neil being absent.
Motion duly made and seconded that the County Controller be authorized to
advertise for bids for 90,000 Official Ballots, more or 1es*, and 25,000 Official
Specimen Ballots, more or less, for use in the General Election to be held November
81 1938; motion carried.
Motion duly made and seconded that the County Controller be authorized to
advertise for bids for supplying tally sheets, return sheets, envelopes, numbered
lists of voters, Voters' Guides, etc ., etc., required for use of Election Offiders
at the neral Election to be held November 8, 1938, supplies to be packed. in 188
boxes for use in Boroughs, Townships and Third Class Cities as may be found
necessary. Motion carried.
There being no further business before the Board, the meeting was adjourned.
