O'NEIL COMMISSIONERS Office of the County Commissioners, Washington, Pa., Nov. 14, 1938. County Commissioners in regular session, those present being Messrs. Berry- man and O'Neil, Mr. Amos being absent. Motion by Mr. O1Nei2, seconded by Mr. Berryman, that an additional project In connection with work to be performed at the County Home and Children's Home, be approved. Motion carried. Motion duly made and seconded that the agreement between Washington County and Joseph Edge, R. D. ##2, Canonsburg, Pa., McMurray Road, for the construction of a lfl gas line for the purpose of conveying gas under the County Road in Peters Township, Washington County, from Donaldsons to McMurray Road, for a distance- of fifty feet, be approved. .Motion carried. Motion duly made and seconded that the agreement be approved between Wash- ington County and Joe Misko, of #6 Pittsburgh Sgreet, Burgettstown, Pa., for the construction of a one, -inch gas line for the purpose of conveying gas under the Burgettstown-Eldersville Road in Jefferson Township, Washington County, Pennsylvania, for a distance of fifty feet. Motion carried. There being no further business before the meeting, it was adjourned. (SIGNED) COUNTY COMMISSIONERS. Office of the County Commissioners, Washington, Pa., November 14, 1938. County Commissioners in regular session, those present being Messrs. Berryman and O'Neil, Mr. Amos being obsent. Motion by Mr. O+Neil, seconded by Mr. Berryman, that C. W. Tope, County Treasurer, be authorized to grant the regular 5% abatement on taxes on the Robert M. Carrons properties in East Washington, Amwell Township and South Strabane Township, for the year 1938, such abatement being made at this time be- cause of the delay in settlement of damages. Motion carried. There being no further business before the meeting, it was adjourned. (SIGNED) COUNTY COMMISSIONERS.
