JOHN D. BERRYMAN, EARL B. AMOS, JOHN N. O'NEIL COMMISSIONERS
Office of the County Commissioners,
Washington, Pa. , December 28, 1938.
County Commissioners in regular session, those present being Messrs. Berryman,
Amos and O'Neil.
Notion duly made and seconded that the Agreement between Washington County
and Calvin J. Herron, R. D. #1, Washington, Pa.., be approved; said agreement
covers the right to quarry approximately 600 cubic yards of sandstone from his
property located in Mt. Pleasant Township, Washington County,,' at the price of 200
per cubic yard, measured in place in wall or road;- the original of this agreement
to be filed in the Office of the County Controller, one copy in the Engineering
Department and one copy to be given Mr. Herron. Motion carried.
There being no further business before the meeting, it was adjourned.

,*4vertise for bids for a policy of insurance, within the limits of $20,000 to
$70pDOOO in a reliable and approved stock company., protecting the County against
liability imposed ,by law upon them for damage on account of personal injuries,
Including death accidentally suffered by any person or persons (excepting em-
ployees) caused by, or resulting from, the existence of repairing and/or maintain-
ing of the various buildings and properties of the County or the County Highways
and bridges. Motion carried.
There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned.
