O'NEIL COMMISSIONERS The Salary Board of the County of Washington, having to do with salaries of employees in the Office of the County Uontroller, met in the Office of the County Commissioners, Court House, Washington, Pa., on Tuesday, January 24, 1939, at 2:00 P.M., with the following members present: County Commissioners Berryman, Amos and OtNeil, and County Controller Smith. Motion by Mr. Smith, seconded by Mr. O'Neil, that employees in the Office of the County Controller be retained in their respective capacities for the year 1939, at the same salaries as for the year 1938 which are as follows: G. L. Allman, Deputy �;ontroller, F200.00 per month Gilbert Dentel, Bookkeeper, 185.00 Mary E. Allen, Stenogtapher, 130.00 �' n P. V. Marino, Solicitor, 125.00 Motion carried, with proviso that each may be dismissed upon thirty dayst notice. Upon motion duly made, seconded and carried, the Board adjourned to meet at 2:30 P.M., to fix the salaries of additional clerks in the Office of the Prothono- tary. The Salary Board of the County of Washington, having to do with salaries of employees in the Office of the Prothonotary, met in the Office of the County Com- missioners, Court House, Washington, Pa., on -Tuesday, January 24, 1939, at 2:30 P.M., with the following members present: County Commissioners Berryman, Amos and OtNeil, and County Controller Smith, and Prothonotary Carson. Motion by Mr.'Carson, seconded by Mr. Amos, that Barbara Yohe and Helen Mohler, who have been employed as extra clerks in the Prothonotary's Office, be placed on the regular payroll at a salary of 85.00 per month each, effective Jan.,21 1939, with proviso that either may be dismissed upon thirty days' notice. ,Motion carried.
