Joint meeting of the County Commissioners and County Controller on Wednesday,
February 11 1938; present for the County Commissioners., Messrs. Berryman and Amos,
Mr. O'Neil being absent; present for County Controller, Gilbert Dentel, Bookkeeper.
The proposed budget of the County Controller for the year 1939 was presented
to the County Commissioners by Mr. IDentel and upon motion duly made, seconded and
carried, same was accepted by the County Commissioners, to be considered In the
final adoption of their budget for the year 1939.
There being no further business before the joint meeting, it was adjourned.

County Commissioners in regular session., those present being Messrs . Berry-
man, Amos and OfNeil,
Motion duly made and seconded that the County Controller be authorized to
advertise for bids for 87,000 Occupation Statements, in triplicate, 50,000 Real
Bstate Statements., in triplicate., 6,,500 Personal Property Statements, in tripli-
cate, 2,000 blank statements, single copy., and 1000 blank receipts,, single copy,,
for use of the County Treasurer; bids to be opened in the Office of the County
Commissioners on Tuesday, February 21, 1939, at 11 A. M,, -the right being reserved
to reject any or all bids; certified cheek in the amount of $100 must accompany
each bid. Motion carried.
There being no further business before the meeting., it was adjourned.
