Amos, that all bids for said insurance, opened at 11 A. M., February 21, 1939, be rejected, all bidders to be so notified; and that the County Controller be authorized to return the certified checks of all bidders and to re-advertise for bids for Con traotoraf Liability Insurance, Motion carried, There being no further business before the meting, it was adjourned.
