BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS WASHINGTON COUNTY, PENNSYLVANIA
JOHN D. BERRYMAN, EARL B. AMOS, JOHN N. O'NEIL COMMISSIONERS
Office of the County Commissioners,,
Washington., Pa.., March 13, 1939,
County Commissioners in regular session, those present being Messrs. Berryman,
Amos and O'Neil.
Motion duly made and seconded that the County Commissioners co-operate with
the Board of Supervisors and the School Board of Donegal Township, this county,
in accepting all liened and delinquent taxes against the PennBridge Company in
said township on a basis of approximately 50% of the face of such liened and de-
linquent taxes. Motion carried, and theCounty Treasurer to be notified of this
action of the Board of Commissioners,
Motion duly made and seconded that the County Commissioners co-operate with
the Burgettstown Borough Council qnd the School District of said borough by accept-
ing twenty-five percent of the total of all liened and delinquent taxes against
the Manse of the Westminster Presbyterian Church, located on Shady Avenue,, Bur-
gettstown.. Pa.., as full payment thereof, and that all penalties and interest in
connection tbumith be waived. Motion carried and the County Treasurer to be no-
tified of this action of the Board of Commissioners,
