Commissioners in regular session, those present being Messrs. Berryman,, Amos
and O'Neil,
Motion by Mr. Amos,, seconded by Mr. OlNeil,* that the proposed County Budget
for the fiscal year 1939 will be available for public inspection in the Office of
the Chief Clerk of the County Commissioners until Monday., April 10.. 1939, at
which time said budget will be finally adopted and the rate of taxation fixed for
the year 1939, and that the following Notice be published in the Washington Obser-
ver,*

In compliance with the provisions of Act No, 386,, approved
July 18, 19,t5, a proposed budget for the financial affairs
for Washington County for the fiscal year 1939 has been
prepared and is available for public inspection in the Of-
five of the Chief Clark of the County Commissioners., Court
House., WaAhington,, Pa, - said budget to be finally adopted
Monday., April 10,, 1939:
Motion carried,
There being no further business before the meeting. it was adjourned.

Motion duly made and seconded that the County Treasurer be authorized to ac-
cept the second payment of taxes, under Act No. 83, of the Charleroi Steel &
Foundry Company,, Charleroi., Pa.,, for the years 1928;-30-31-32,, without penalty and
interest. Motion carried and County Treasurer to receive copy of this mimte.
There being no further business before the Board the meeting wqs adjourned*
