O'NEIL COMMISSIONERS Office of the County Commissioners, Washington., Pa., March 20, 1939. County Commissioners in regular session, those present being Messrs. Berry- man., Amos and O'Neil, Motion duly made and seconded that the penalty and interest be abated on the 1934 county taxes on the property of Antonina Zomber of the Borough of Donora, provided that such delinquent and liened county taxes be paid in full as of this date, March 20, 1939, and the County Treasurer be notified of this action of the Board of County Commissioners. Motion carried. There being no further business before the Board., the meeting was adjourned. (SIGNED) 0 COUNTY COMMISSIONERS. ' Office of the County Comndasioners, Washington, Pa., March 20, 1939. County Commissioners in regular session, those present being Messrs. Barry- man., Amos and O'Neil, Motion duly made and seconded that the County Commissioners co-operate with the School District and the Township Supervisors of Cecil Township,, Washington County, in abating penalty and interest on all lioned and delinquent taxes against the property of A. W. Nawhinney, Cecil Townsbip,, provided that such de- linquent and lioned taxes are paid in full by March 21,, 1939, and the County Treasurer to be notified of this action of the Board of County Commissioners. Motion carried. There being no further business before the Board,, the meeting was adjourned. COUNTY COMMISSIONERS.
