County Commissioners in regular session., those present being Messrs. Berryman,,
and O'Neil.. Mr. Amos being absent.
Motion duly made and seconded that the County Treasurer be authorized to ac-
cept delinquent County Tax for the years 1932 and 1933, without penalty and in-
terest, on property assessed in the name of Alexander McNall in Robinson Township,
Washington County, the Treasurer to receive a copy of this minute, and said taxes
to be paid in full for said years-* Notion carried.
There being no further business before the Board, the meting was adjourned*

Motion duly made and seconded that the County Commissioners co-operate with
the School District and the Board of Supervisors in Cecil Township in accepting
all liened and delinquent taxes assessed in the name of Tony Matarona without penalty
and interest, provided that such liened and delinquent taxes be paid in full as
of this date, April 1. 1939, and that the County Treasurer be advised of this ac-
tion of the Board of County Commissioners . Motion carried,
