O'NEIL COMMISSIONERS Office of the County Commdssioners, Washington, Pa., April 5, 1939, County Commissioners in regular session, those present being Messrs. Berryman- and O+Neil, Mr. Amos being absent. Motion duly made and seconded that the County Commissioners co-operate with the School District and Borough Council of Burgettstown in accepting delinquent taxes assessed in the name of John A. Filson, without penalty and interest, pro- vided such taxes are paid as of this date, April 50 1939, and that the County Treasurer be notified of this action of the Board of County Commissioners. Motion carried. Where being no further business before the meeting, it was adjourned. (SIGNED) a4 r Office of the County Commissioners, Washington, PA., April 8, 1939, County Commissioners in regular session, those present being Messrs . Amos and O'Neil., Mr. Berryman being absent. Motion duly made and seconded that the -County Treasurer be authorized to accept delinquent taxes liened against the Harry Turner Estate in the Eighth Ward of the City of Washington, without penalty and interest, provided that such delinquent and liened taxes are paid in full.
