County Commissioners in regular session., those present being Messrs, Berry- man., Amos and O'Neil, Notion duly made and seconded that the County Commissioners co-operate with the School District of Worth Franklin Township in accepting liened and delinquent tax against the property assessed in the name of Consetta 'Lucera., as "House and Lot, 16 Mill Street," without penalty and interest and that the County Treasurer be notified of this action of the Board of County Conmdssionerso- Motion carried.; There being no further business before the meeting., it was adjourned. Berry- man, Amos and O'Neil, Motion duly made and seconded that- the County Commissioners co-operate with the Township Supervisors and School District of Cecil Township in abating penalty and interest on all liened and delinquent taxes against the property assessed in the name of Chris •Laughurst in said township and the County Treasurer to be no- tified of this action of the Board.
