County Commissioners in regular session, those present being Messrs. Berryman,
Amos and O'Neil.
Motion by Mr. Amos, seconded by Mr. O'Neil, that halter Boswell be appointed
a Assessor in the Eighth Ward of the City of Washington to fill the vacant cause

by the resignation of F, M. Isiminger, regularly elected assessor therein, Motion
carried.
There being no further business before the Board, the meeting was adjourned.

Motion duly made and seconded that the County Commissioners co-operate with
the School District and the Road Supervisors of Cecil Township in accepting taxes
which are liened and delinquent against the property of Guy Orcutt in said town.
