O'NEIL COMMISSIONERS Office of the County Commissioners,, Washington, Pa., April 21, 1939, County Commissioners in regular session,, those present being Messrs. Berry- man,, Amos and OfNeil, WHEREAS, the property of the Eagle Cement Products Company in Smith Township is rapidly going to ruin and destruction and the Supervisors of said Township and the School Directors of said School District have exempt all of the taxes assessed against said property to date in order that the same might be put upon a t6x-pay- Ing basis and the .mortgage thereon satisfied, upon condition that the County of Washington do likewise ; and in appearing that it will be for the best Interests Qf the County and taxpayers to join in the said action., motion is duly made and second- ed that all of the county taxes heretofor levied and assessed against the said property will hereby be exonerated and a proper notation to that effect should be made upon the proper records; the certificates of the Road Supervisors and the School District and from the Mortgagee to be attached hereto and made a pqrt of this record. County Commissioners in regular session, those present being Messrs* Berryman, Amos and Of Neil. Motion duly made and seconded that the County Commissioners co-operate with the School District of East Pike Ran Township in accepting liened and delinquent tax against the property of Louise Yablonski in said township for the year 1932 on a valuation of $100 inasmuch as the house and garage were practically complete- ly destroyed by fire in that year.
