O'NEIL COMMISSIONERS Office of the County Commissionerss Washington., Pa.., April 24., 1939, County Commissioners in regular sessions those present being Messrs . Berry- man, Amos and O'Neil. Motion duly made and seconded that the following resolution be adopted: BE IT RESOLVED by the County Commissioners of Washington County, that the plans submitted by the Department of Highways for the changing of State Bighway Route 62052, Section 3, ,in Somerset and North Strabane Townships between Sta- tions 352+75 and 499+33s have been examined and the County Commissioners agree that the County will assume liability for anyand all property damages resulting from the construction of the highway as contemplated by these plans, and also all damages arising out of any changes or alteration of drainage resulting from the construction or maintenance of the highway.
