County Commissioners in regular session, those present being Messrs. Berry, -
man, Amos and O'Neil,
Motion duly made and seconded that the County Commissioners co-operate with
the Road Supervisors and School Board of Smith Township in accepting taxes against
the property of Sophie Mike in saidtownship, assessed as "House and Lot 8
Harris Plan", without penalty and interest and that the County Treasurer be noti-
fied of this action of the Board of Commissioners, Motion carried.
There being no further business before the meeting, it was adjourned.

County Commissioners in regular session., those present being Messrs, Berry-
man,, Amos and OfNeil.
Motion duly made and seconded that the Lacy Coal Company of East Bethlehem
Township be exonerated from all liened and delinquent taxes against their property
inasmuch as said company had surrendered their charter and had become a defunct
corporation; this action of the Board of County Commissioners is in co-operation
with the township Commissioners and School District of said township and the
County Treasurer Is to be so notified. Motion carried. .
There being no further business before the meting., it was adjourned,
