BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS WASHINGTON COUNTY, PENNSYLVANIA
JOHN D. BERRYMAN, EARL B. AMOS, JOHN N. O'NEIL COMMISSIONERS
Office of the County Commissioners,
Washington, Pa., June 20s 1939*-
County Commissioners in regular session, those present being Messrs. Berryman,
Amos and OtNeil,
Motion duly made and seconded that the County Commissioners co-operate with
the School District and Borough Council of Burgettstown in accepting delinquent
and liened county tax at face, without penalty and interests against property
assessed in the name of Ignazio and Mary J?anzica in said borough and that the
County Treasurer be advised of -this action of the Board of County Commissioners.
Motion carried.
There being no further business before the Board, the meeting was adjourned.

County Commissioners in regular session, those present being Messrs, Berrymans
Amos and OtNeil.
Motion by Ya,. Amos, seconded by Mr. OfNeils that the following reslution be
adopted:
RESOLVED that the County of Washington accept the provisions of Act. No. 233.,
approved June 19, 1939, providing for the abatement of taxes, etc., and that the
County Treasurer be notified of this action of the Board of County Commissioners,
to the end that Washington County t4xpa7ers may take immediate advantage of the
said Act. Motion unanimously carried.
There being no further business before the Board, the meeting was adjourned.
