BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS WASHINGTON COUNTY, PENNSYLVANIA
JOHN D. BERRYMAN, EARL B. AMOS, JOHN N. O'NEIL COMMISSIONERS

County Commissioners in regular session, those present being Messrs. Berry-
man, Amos and OtNeil.
Motion duly made and seconded that the County Commissioners co--operate with
the Borough Council and School District of Speers Borough, Washington County,
in accepting all liened and delinquent county tax at face, against the property
i
assessed in the name of Van L. $peers, deceased, which said property is generally j
described as Lot No, 16, in the Plan of Speers Borough, having an assessed valua-
tion of $2600, and recently conveyed to C. F. Frocheur; and that the County '
j
Treasurer be notified of this action by the Board of County Commissioners. Motion
carried. ±
There being no further business before the meeting, it was adjourned.

Motion duly made and seconded that an Agreement be executed between Washington
i
County and the Manufacturers Light and Heat Company of Pittsburgh, permitting said
company to construct a 6" high pressure gas line along a bituminous surfaced road
in West Bethlehem Township, Washington County, Pennsylvania, from Station 13+70
to Station 19+90, paralleling said road for a distance of approximately 620 feet.
Motion carried.
There being no further business before the meeting, it was adjourned.
