County Commissioners in regular session, those present being Messrs. Berryma4,-, ,
and OtNeil, Mr. Amos being absent.
Motion duly made and seconded that the County Controller be authorized to ad-
vertise for bids for ballots for use at the Primary Election to be held September
12, 1939, as follows:
Approximately 95,000 Official Ballots
25,000 Official Sample Ballots
45,000 Candidatest Sample Ballots
50,000 Special Referendum Ballots
Motion carried.
Motion duly made and seconded that the County Controller be authorized to ad-
vertise for bids for supplying tally sheets, return sheets, envelopes, numbered
lists of voters, Voterts Guides, etc. etc. required for use of Election Officers
at the Primary Election to be held September 12, 1939; supplies to be packed in
188 boxes for use in boroughs, townships and third class cities, as may be found
necessary; also the necessary supplies to be used in connection with 13 beer and
14 liquor referenda, and one special tax question for which separate ballotd will
be provided. Motion carried.
There being no further bsuiness before the Board, the meeting was adjourned.
