Commissioners in regular session, those present being Messrs. Berryman, Amos
and O'Neil.
Motion duly made and seeinded that an Agreement be executed between the Wash-
ington County Commissioners and the Manufacturers' Light and Heat Company of
Pittsburgh, Pa. , permitting said company to construct a 2f3 gas line along the
Houston-McConnells Mills road, Washington County, Pennsylvania, for a distance
of 400 feet,omore or less. Motion carried.
There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned.

Washington, Pa. , for the delivery of the ballot boxes, ballots and other election !
supplies to the various voting precincts in Washington County, for the Primary,
September 12,, 1939, for the sum of $275.00, be accepted. Motion carried.
