County Commissioners in regular session, those present being Messrs. Berryman,
Amos and OtNeil.
Motion duly made and seconded that the Agreement between Washington County
and Mike Midla, R. D. #1, Marianna, Pa. , be executed for the quarrying of approxi-
yd.
mately 500 cu. yds. of Sand Stone at 100 per cu./from a certain tract of land in
West Bethlehem Township, Washington County. Motion carried.
There being no further business before the meeting, it was adjourned.

Lotion duly made and seconded that the County of Washington, through this
action of the Board of County Commissioners, assume the- responsibility of Suggestioll
and Averment Costs in connection with lien filed in the Office of the Prothonotary

in the name of Ernest Isherwood on property located in the lst Lard of the Borough
of Canonsburg. Motion carried, with the understanding that all taxes, interest
and other costs, with the exception of the above mentioned Suggestion and Averment

Costs, be paid in full.
There being no further business before the Board, the meeting was adjourned.
