BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS WASHINGTON COUNTY, PENNSYLVANIA
JOHN D. BERRYMAN, EARL B, AMOS, JOHN N. O'NEIL COMMISSIONERS

Washington, Pa., September 8) 1939.
County Commissioners in regular session, those present being Messrs. Berry-
man, Amos and O'Neil.
Motion by Mr. Amos, seconded by Mr. OlNeil., that the County Commissioners
co-operate with the Township Supervisors and School Board of, Fallowfield Township
in accepting delinquent taxes against the property of Carl M. 'Farts for the years
1927 and 1928, without penalty. Motion carried and County Treasurer to be noti-
fied of this action of the Board of County Commissioners.
There being no further business before the Board, the meeting was adjourned.

Motion by Mr. Amos., seconded by Mr.- O'Neil, that the County Controller be
authoriZed to make the following transfers in appropriation accounts as provided
for in the budget for the year 1939:
$5000 from Account No. 107 to Account No. 112
$5000 from Account No. 107 to Account No. 151
Motion carried.
