County Commissioners in regular session, those present being Messrs. Berryman, Amos and OtNeil. Motion duly made and seconded that the contract for the construction of Van Eman Bridge, Chartiers Creek No. 11, North Strabane and Peters Townships, be award- ed to Hardy & Rankin Co., Canonsburg, Pa., at their bid price of $12.,428,57, and that after furnishing the necessary bona, their certified check be returned, and that the certified checks of all unsuccessful bidders be returned immediatelyby the County Controller. Motion carried. Motion duly made and seconded that the contract for the construction of the Stockdaletown Bridge, Pigeon Creek No. 2, in Monongahela City, be awarded to the Standard Construction Company of Waynesburg, Pa., at their bid price of $17,550.82, and that after furnishing the necessary bond, their certified check be returned, and that the certified checks of all unsuccessful bidders be returned immediately by the County Controller. Motion carried. Motion duly made and seconded that the contract for 21.,700 lbs. of Plain Structural Steel for sidewalk at Barnard Bridge, No. 15, Ten Mile Creek, West Beth- lehem Township, be awarded to the Fort Pitt Bridge Works, Canonsburg, Pa., at their bid price of $541.88; and that the County Controller be authorized to return the certified check of the unsuccessful bidder at once. Motion carried. There being no further business before the meeting, it was adjourned. (SIGNED) COUNTY COMOSSIONERS.
