BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS WASHINGTON COUNTY, PENNSYLVANIA

Washington, Pa., October 21, 1939.
County Commissioners in regular session, those present being Messrs. Berryman,
Amos and O'Neil, to consider the facts presented to the Board at a hearing held
October 10, 1939, in connection with[,the proposed change of the polling place in
the 4th precinct of Cecil Township from the storeroom of Eli Profio to the Elemen-
tary School Building in accordance with the action of the Board and in accordance
with notice posted in said precinct relative to the said proposed change, as pro-
vided by law.
After due consideration, motiovwas made by Mr. OtNeil, seconded by Mr. Amos,
that the Polling Place in the /+th Precinct of Cecil Township be designated as the
Elementary School Building in said Township. Lotion carried, with Mr. Berryman
voting "No", and wishing his vote so recorded.
There being no further business before the meeting, it was adjourned.

County Commissioners in regular session, those present being Messrs. Berryman,

Motion duly made and seconded that the County Controller be apprised of the
delinquent tax exonerations made by the County Commissioners in the amount of

$34,269.28, covering real estate, occupations and personal property, in, the various
districts of Washington County for the year 1938. Motion carried.
There being no further business before the meeting, it was adjourned.
