Washington, Pa., November 21, 1939.
County Commissioners in regular session, those present being Messrs. Amos
and O'Neil, dr. Berryman being absent.
Motion duly made and seconded that the bid of the Valley Iron & Metal Company
of Monongahela, Pa., in the amount of $200 for the steel superstructure and plank
flooring of the old Stockdaletown Bridge, Pigeon Creek #2, in Monongahela, Pa.,
and the removal of same from the premises be accepted, subject to the following

conditions:

1. The entire superstructure to become the property of the undersigned.
2. The stone masonry to remain the property of Washington County.
3. The superstructure to be dismantled and all steel and plank removed from
the premises, leaving the same in a neat and orderly condition.
., The undersigned to take the proper precaution to protdct the County of
Washington from any claims for damage, whatsoever, due to the dismantling and re-
moval of the above bridge.
5. The undersigned agrees to proceed at once with the dismantling of the
above bridge and to push the work to completion as soon as possible.
6 . Payment will be made by the undersigned of the amount above stipulated,
to the Treasurer of Washington County before work is started.
