County Commissioners in regular session., those present being Messrs. Berryman,
and Amos, Mr. OtNeil being absent.
Motion duly made and seconded that the County Controller be authorized to make
the following transfer in appropriation accounts as provided for in the budget for
the year 1939:
$60.00 from Account No. 109 to Account No. 127
Motion carried.
There being no further business before the meeting., it was adjourned.

County Commissioners in regular session, those present being Messrs. Berryman,

Motion duly made and seconded that the Agreement between Washington County
and the Manufacturers Light and Heat Company be approved for the pl&cing of two
1-11t Diameter Pipe Lines for a distance of thirty-five feet, for the purpose of

carrying gas service under the bituminous surface road in South Strabane Township
between Washington and McClanets Bridge. Motion carried.
There being no further business before the meeting, it was adjourned.
