O'NEIL COMMISSIONERS Office of the County Commissioners, Washington., Pa., January 9, 1939. Board of County Commissioners in regular session, members present being Messrs. Berryman, Amos and OtNeil. An application for exemption from taxation on St. Genevieve's School, described as a two-story frame building situate at 136 East College Street, in the Borough of Canonsburg, Washington County, PennsylvanIA, was presented to the Board of Commissioners by Rev. Edward Pikulik, Chairman of the Board Of Trustees of St. Genevieve' s Congregation,, affidavit having been made by Rev. Pikulik that the foregoing property is used as a school and. convent. In accordance with the affidavit of Pev. Edward Pikulik,, motion was duly made, seconded and carried that the property known as the at. Genevieve' s School be declared exempt from taxation in accordance with the Acts of Assembly in such cases made and provided. There being no further business beofre the Board., the meeting was adjourl* - ed. (SIGNED) COUNTY COMMISSIONERS. Office of the County Commiss,ioners., Washington, Pa., January 9, 1939. County Commissioners in regular session, those present being Messrs. Berry man, Amos and OtNeil. Motion duly made and seconded that the agreement between Washington County and Allegheny County Workhouse & Inebriate Asylum for the maintenance of prie- oners from Washington County., be approved., the rate of such maintenance to be 800 per day for each prisoner and $1.50 transportation for each discharged prisoner to the County Seat.
