Joint meeting of County Commissioners and the County Controller, those
present being County Commissioners Berryman, Amos and O'Neil, and County Controller
Smith.
Motion by Yr. Amos, seconded by Mr. O'Neil, that the County Controller be
authorized to publish the annual report of his department in book form in accord-
ance with Act No. 386, 1935-P•L• 1184-Section 345. Motion carried.
There being no further business before the meeting, it was adjourned.

County �'ommissioners in session with the Washington County Agricultural Ex-
tension Association, those present being County Commissioners Berryman, Amos and
OtN'eil, with Ellwood H. Fulton, n. B. Blayney, James A. Scott and D. L. Post,
representing' the Agricultural Association.
The proposed budget appropriation of the Agricultural Association for the
year 1939 in the amount of 2350 was presented but action by the Board of County
Commissioners was deferred until a later date.
There being no furftr business before the joint session, the meeting was ad-
journed.
