County Commissioners in regular session, those present being Messrs. Berry-
man., Amos and O'Neil,
Motion duly made and seconded that the Agreement between Washington County
and George H. Wilson., Saranac., New York., be approved,, whereby the said County will
be permitted -to quarry approximately 2000 cubic yards of sand stone at 10� per
cubic yard., measured in place in Well or Road, from the quarry located on the
Wilson farm in East Finley Township., Washington County, Pennsylvania, Motion
carried.
There being no further business before the meeting, it was adjourned.

Motion duly made and seconded that the County Controller be authorized to ad-
vertise for bids on Contractors' Liability Insurance on street and road construc-
tion or reconstruction, clearing of right of way, excavation,, filling and grading;
said bids to be received in the Office of the County Commissioners., Court House,
Washington, Pa., until 11 A. - ,,M., Monday - March 20, 1939, and opened immediately
thereafter; detailed specifications for such insurance may be obtained upon re-
quest at the Office of the Chief Clerk of the County Commissioners* Motion
carried,
