Motion by Mr. Amos, seconded by Mr. Of Neil, that the contract for Contrac-
tors' Liability Insurance be awarded to the Morris Insurance Agency, Washington,
Pa., in accordance with their schedule of rates per $100,00 ref Payroll, as herein
set forth. Motion carried,, - and the County Controller instructed to return the
certified cheeks to all unsuccessful bidders at once.
There being no further business before the meeting, it was adjourned,

County Commissioners in regular session, those present being Messrs, Berry-
man., Amos and OtNeil,
Motion duly made and seconded that the County Treasurer be authorized to
accept the 1931 County Tax liened against the property assessed in the name of
August Valentour., abating all penalty and interest. Motion carried.
There being no further business before the Board., the meeting was adjourned,

Motion duly made and seconded that the County Commissioners of Washington
County co-operate with the School District and the Road Supervisors of Cecil
Township in abating penalties and interest on all liened and delinquent taxes
assessed in the name of Mile Milanovic of said township, provided that all
such liened and dellnqu,6nt -taxes -are paid in full as of this date, March 21,
1939, and the County'TreAsurer to be notified of this action of the Board of
County Commissioners. Motion carried.
