BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS WASHINGTON COUNTY, PENNSYLVANIA
JOHN D. BERRYMAN, EARL B. AMOS, JOHN N. O'NEIL COMMISSIONERS
Office of the County Commissioners,
Washington, Pa,, March 24, 1939.
County Commissioners in regular session, those present being Messrs. Barry-
man, Amos and Of Neil.
Motion duly made and seconded that the County Commissioners co-operate with
the Borough of McDonald., Washington County, in abating penalty and Interest on
County taxes for the years 1935 and 1936 on the property of Mrs. Marie E.
Thomassy (widow of F. A. Thomassy) of the Borough of McDonald,, Washington County
Pennsylvania be paid in fall by March 24, 1939$ and the County Treasurer to be
notified of this action by the Board of County Commissioners, Motion carried,
There being no further business before the Board, the meeting was adjourned.

man and OfNeil., Mr. Amos being absent.
Motion duly made and seconded that the County Commissioners co-operate with
the Borough of Burgettstown and the School District of said borough in abating
all penalty and interest on liened and delinquent county taxes against Ciril
Chasteluk., provided that the said delinquent and liened county taxes be paid
in fall as of this date, and the County Treasurer to be notified of the action
of the Board of County Commissioners in this matter. Notion carried,
There being no further business before the meeting, it was adjourned.
