BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS WASHINGTON COUNTY, PENNSYLVANIA
JOHN D. BERRYMAN, EARL B, AMOS, JOHN N. O'NEIL COMMISSIONERS
Office of the County Commissioners,
Washington.. Pa., April 1, 1939.
County Commissioners in regular session, those present being Messrs. Berry-
man, and O'Neil.. Mr. Amos being absent.
Motion duly made and seconded that the County Commissioners co-operate with
the School District and the Board of Supervisors in Cecil Township in accepting
all liened and delinquent taxes assessed in the name of August Piret without
penalty and interest., provided that such liened and delinquent taxes be paid in
full as of this date, April 1. 19390 and that the County Treasurer be advised
of this action of the Board of County Commissioners, Motion carried*
There being no further business before the meting, it was adjourned,

Notion duly made and seconded that the County Commissioners co-operate with
the School District and Borough Council of Midway in accepting delinquent taxes
assessed in the name of W, E. Land for the year 1928, without penalty and inter-
est. and that the County Treasurer be notified of this action of the Board of
County Commissioners, Motion carried,
